Photoshop CS5 bricht bei der Installierung immer ab

Hallo liebe Community,
ich wollte fragen, ob mir jemand bei meinem Fehler behilflich sein kann.

Jedes mal, wenn ich PS installieren möchte, bricht es bei ca. 12% ab und es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung:

dein problem ist schon bekannt:

so wie es aussieht wurde bis jetzt noch keine lösung gefunden
