Photoshop 12.0 (Windows 7 x64) - exit code 6
 

Guten Tag,

Ich bin Sehr an Photoshop CS5 Extended Interessiert.
Also habe Ich die ca. 1 GB Große Installationsdatei Heruntergeladen.
Nun wollte Ich Photoshop Installieren, leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich habe schon Internetverbindung unterbrochen um dann mein Virenscanner (ESET NOD 32 - auch 64 Bit) zu deaktivieren - klappt immer noch nicht.

Erstmal hier mein System.

• Betriebssystem: Windows 7 Home Premium (64 Bit)
• Prozessor: AMD Athlon II (X2) 5,4 GHz (2 Prozessoren, beide 64 Bit)
• Grafikkarte: NVIDIA (512 MB)
• Arbeitsspeicher: 4096 MB

(Sollte langen :emo_biggr)

Nun der Fehlercode von Adobe Photoshop.
Kann mir einer weiterhelfen?

Hallo und Herzlich Willkommen im :psc1:

Schau mal bei dir am PC dort hin \Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers und such im Install log nach "return value 3"

Da steht eine Zeile mit einer Fehlermeldung (die meistens mit ERROR und einer Nummer anfängt) die zeigst du uns mal dann kann ich besser helfen.

Das sieht für mich so aus als würde an den Installationsdateien etwas nicht stimmen hast du schonmal versucht das ganze nochmal herunterzuladen?

hast du mal versucht die Installation als Admin auszuführen?
-> Rechtsklick auf die Setup.exe->Als Administrator ausführen.

1. Habe die Dateien 3 mal Heruntergeladen.. noch ein GB lad ich nicht runter :D

hm...ich benutz auch nur Google da muss ich mich mal durch die englischen Seiten prügeln.

Hast du vor der Installation der Virenscanner deaktiviert?

Sorry, das ich versucht habe zu helfen. Soll nicht wieder vorkommen.

Was soll das heissen? Ich meine, bevor man Fragen stellt, erstmal Lesen, denn sonst hat die Frage ja überhaupt garkeinen Sinn -.-

Ja er hatte dich gefragt WANN du das Virenprogramm ausgemacht hast? vor oder nach der installation ;)

Wer auch zwischen den Zeilen lesen kann.... ;)

Willst Du, dass man Dir hilft, oder willst Du nur Sprüche klopfen.
Im Übrigen: wenn Du suchen könntest, hättest Du die Lösung schon längst im Netz gefunden.

Leider hilft mir das nicht weiter.

Solution 1: Clear the transaction log.

If you receive a 1935 error when you try to install Acrobat or Reader, the Windows file system transaction log has become corrupted. The transaction log is used by the Windows file system to recover when a file error occurs. To correct this install error, you need to clear the log.

1. Open an Administrator command prompt: Right-click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator" and click "Allow" for the elevation prompt
2. In the command prompt, type the command below:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
This assumes that C: is the drive in which Vista is installed. If it is installed on another drive like D:, please change the drive letter appropriately.
3. Reboot the system.
4. Install Acrobat or Adobe Reader again.

Solution 2: Disable antispyware and antivirus software or remove adware or spyware from your computer and then install Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

1. Disable the following applications or types of applications, following any instructions provided by such software:
* Disable Lavasoft Ad-Watch, Ad-Aware, or similar detection software before installation.
* Disable WebRoot Spy Sweeper.
2. Install Acrobat or Adobe Reader again.

Solution 3: Remove adware and then install Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

Error 1935 can be caused by a certain type of adware running on the system.

1. Start the Task Manager
2. Look at the Processes tab, take a look for a process named wtoolsa.exe.
3. If this process is running, then you will need to remove this adware.
4. Install Acrobat or Adobe Readeragain.

Solution 4: Perform an installation repair of Windows Vista.

Your system might have some corruption that has gone undetected.

1. Perform an installation repair of Vista.
2. To repair Vista you need the original DVD.
3. Choose the upgrade option to perform the repair.
4. Install Acrobat or Adobe Reader again.

Ist zwar für Adobe Reader aber die selbe Firma und vl funktioniert es.
