Photoshop CS 5 Extended (Trial) - Fehler bei der Installation

Hey

Habe mir vorhin von der Adobe Website Adobe Photoshop CS 5 Extended German Trial heruntergeladen und wollte das installieren.

Habe deshalb die .exe als Admin ausgeführt (doofes Windows 7^^)
Joah und nun bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung während der Installation

Was kann ich denn da tun ?

Hast Du schonmal versucht die CS3 vorher komplett zu deinstallieren?

Nachtrag:

Adobe say's these types of errors are generally due to permissions, locked files and/or licensing. Did you perhaps have CS3 installed? If so, run the CS3 clean script and see if there was anything left behind. Did you deactivate the previous version first (left over license files will cause problems later). Here are some other ideas:

Run Installer as Administrator
Uninstall everything Adobe with Revouninstaller (link (http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninst...-10687648.html)) then run CCleaner (registry) after reboot.
Did you properly remove license from previous CS?
Do you have Kaspersky installed? Even turned off it will block access to many system directory's and files.
Did you look at the installer logs (many hints in there)?
Create new user and try install again (if it works Profile may be corrupt).

Der Laptop ist neu, habe vorher kein Photoshop drauf gehabt ^^

Den Installer habe ich bereits als Admin ausgeführt ^^
Alle Adobe Sachen lösche ich ganz sicher nicht (sry, aber was ist das denn für ein Lösungsvorschlag von Adobe ?)

Antivirensoftware ist auch deaktiviert

im Installer Log steht nichts hilfreiches

Neuen User erstellt und auch alle Berechtigungen überprüft/geändert, hilft auch nicht.


Hab übrigens Win 7 x64 Bit - das nur so zur Info ^^

hab jetzt zufällig nen komplett anderen lösungsansatz gefunden - man soll sich die adobe master collection trial von adobe laden (auch wenn man nur photoshop haben will), und dann soll´s gehen...

ok mit der master collection klappts auch NICHT - da erhalte ich einen ähnelichen fehlercode mit "Exit Code: 7"

ps :
Wenn ich z.B. "Microsoft_VC80_ATL_x86" manuell installieren will, erhalte ich eine ganz neue Fehlermeldung - Error 1935.

Geh mal auf Start --> Ausführen --> und gib "sfc /scannow" ein.

Danach nochmals versuchen. Ich will es nicht beschreien, aber ich befürchte Du hast irgenwas an Malware auf dem PC, was Deine Systemdateien verändert hat.....
