Der Ordner Camera RAW befindet sich in einem Systemordner. Versuch mal das hier:


7. Install Photoshop Elements as an Administrator.

The security settings in Windows 7 and Vista sometimes prevents applications from writing to protected file locations or registry keys. Setting the Photoshop Elements installer to run as an administrator bypasses the security settings and allows it to write to the protected areas.

To install Photoshop Elements as an administrator:

1. Copy the Adobe Photoshop Elements folder from the Photoshop Elements disc to the desktop.
2. Open the Photoshop Elements folder on the desktop.
3. Right-click the Setup.exe file and choose Properties.
4. On the Compatibility tab, select Run This Program As An Administrator in the Privilege Level section.
5. Click OK.
6. Double-click the Setup.exe file, and follow the onscreen instructions.
