Dann hast du ein ein Gif mit eingebetteten Farben, das heißt nur bestimmte Farben können verwendet werden.

Um das in PS zu bearbeiten einfach auf Bild -> Modus -> RGB ändern und schon klappt es auch mit anderen Farben
