Du hast Windows 7 64 Bit installiert,
aber Dein PSE 8 wird wohl nur in der 32 Bit Version sein
-so denk ich mal-
Also gehe ich jetzt davon aus, dass selbst bei einem 64 Bit System
das PSE automatisch nur im 32 Bit Modus läuft, weil es nicht für Windows 7 64 Bit ausgelegt ist.
