Hallo!
Das scheint mathematische Gründe zu haben.
Ein 12x12cm Bild in 300 ppi entspricht von der Pixelanzahl einem 50x50cm Bild in 72ppi.
Wenn die Standardeinstellung von Corel 72ppi sind, dann würde das diesen "Größenzuwachs" erklären.
