Perspektivisches verformtes Foto

Hallo,

ich möchte ein perspektivisch verformtes Foto auf eine vorgegebene Größe entsprechend einer Vorlage bringen.
Leider gelingt es mir nicht die nicht relevanten Teile des Fotos zu löschen oder transparent zu machen. Wie könnte das gelingen?
