PSE 11 Probleme bei der Installation auf dem Mac

Hallo...bin neu hier und habe folgendes Problem.

Ich hatte PSE 10 auf dem Mac installiert und wollte es deinstallieren.
Doch bei dieser Deinstallation ist scheinbar irgend etwas schief gelaufen.
Wollte jetzt PSE 11 installieren doch die Installation bricht bei ca 40% immer wieder ab. Installiert ist OS X 10.8.3.
Alle Adobe Programme sind soweit entfernt....oder habe ich was vergessen?

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?

Ich habe vom MAC 0 Ahnung, aber lasse mal von Adobe das Cleaner Tool (http://www.adobe.com/de/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) laufen.

War ein Versuch wert.
Dann hoffe ich mal das jemand mit M OS Erfahrung was dazu sagen kann.

as mich stutzig macht sind zum einen die "payload" Meldungen
und zum anderen die "winsoft" Meldung, die ja auf nem mac eigentlich wenig zu suchen hat.
